Quick release thread protector

Dismountable inflatable thread protector
It is composed of two parts: pneumatic tire and outer shell. Pneumatic tire is made from NBR and outer shell is made from polyurethane. And the outer shell contains a steel shell, which is made from 20# steel or Q235. It has many advantages, such as good air-tightness, rapid inflation, easy operation and lowing consumption and operation cost. It can be used repeatedly and it is also used to protect outer thread.

Integral inflatable thread protector
It is the upgraded product of dismountable inflatable thread protector, because its gas nozzle is manufactured on the facade, and this design can protect the gas nozzle in the pipe loading, unloading, transportation and handling process. It is made from polyurethane, so it is resistant to abrasion and corrosion. It can be used repeatedly and it is also used to protect outer thread of pipes.

One-off thread protector
